- You must obtain a return authorization(ra) number before returning a product. receipt or proof of purchase is required to get an ra# . All returns must be within 30days of delivery of product.
- To be able to return a product, it must be unused and unopened, in it’s original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. Return shipments must be packed in accordance with shipping companies requirements. Photo of shipment before it is shipped is required in case of damage during shipping and you have to make an insurance claim with the carrier.
- UJpon receipt of your shipment at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed against the same credit card as the original payment, within a certain amount of days.
- If a shipment has already left our warehouse and the order is cancelled it is considered a return and customer is responsible for obtaining an ra# and must pay for any return shipping costs
- Any items listed as open box, replacement parts, final sale, custom orders, special orders, safety covers, liners are not returnable
- Warranty issues must be sent directly to the manufacturer, do not return to store or to manufacturer without approval. All returns will be subject to 25% restocking fee
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless it was an error on our part in shipping the product
- Substitutions may be made during shipping with equal or better item. email will be sent with notification of substitution, and your approval will be required before shipment leaves.
