THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY:
All requests to return an item purchased online or by phone must be made within 14 days (unless otherwise noted below) of you receiving your order. All return requests must be made by email to [email protected] or by phone 905-815-5252. An RGA# will be issued. No returns will be accepted without a valid RGA#.
All products must be returned in original, unopened packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s) to Leisure Industries Inc.
Toys and Inflatables must be returned within 24 hours of purchase in original, unopened packaging. If there is a defect with a Toy or Inflatable please ensure to inspect prior to 24 hours after purchase.
Replacement parts and plumbing are final sale and non-returnable.
Chemicals (including salt and test strips) are final sale and non-returnable.
Issues occurring after installation must be taken up with the manufacturer directly.
For all returns, excluding those items returned under manufacturer’s warranty or at Leisure Industries fault, a minimum re-stocking fee of 15% may be charged at Leisure Industries Inc’s discretion.
Once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been determined to be in original condition and packaging, a refund to your account will be given.
